Andrea Sinclair
Andrea Sinclair is an experienced internet entrepreneur and angel investor with an MEng from Imperial College and an MBA from INSEAD. Following a background in strategy consulting at McKinsey, she worked directly in tech start-ups for 10 years from 1999, whilst also supporting social entrepreneurs from 2006. Then moved into social impact investing and tech start up angel investing, taking an active role advising founders as well as acting as non executive director. Now focused on existing investment portfolio and supporting female founders through the Alma Angel group, as well as social entrepreneurs through the Ashoka Support Network, the Zinc Venture Builder and Maze X impact fund and accelerator. In addition to being an advisor and mentor to many entrepreneurs, she is a Non-Executive Director at Alison.com, Bridge for Billions and EasyPeasy, and also Co-Owner and NED at Husky, a commercial and domestic refrigeration business. In 2022 Andrea received the UKBAA Angel Investor of the Year award.
