Glasgow Climate Tech Networking Reception (Clean Growth Fund)

Join us at The University of Strathclyde where Clean Growth Fund brings together the climate ecosystem to network, learn about cutting-edge sustainable technologies, and discover new investment opportunities.

The cleantech community, local authorities, investors, innovators, accelerators, corporates, are invited to attend our EVENING DRINKS RECEPTION (click the ‘get tickets’ button, follow the general admission steps then on the next page choose the evening ticket type). This is open to those based both in and outside of Glasgow – all are welcome to attend.

The evening reception will be opened by Cllr Richard Bell, Convenor of Strathclyde Pension Fund and Deputy Leader of Glasgow City Council.

ABOUT CGF The £101m venture capital fund invests right across the UK in early-stage cleantech innovators that have the potential to greatly reduce greenhouse gas emissions across: water, waste, power, transport, industry, buildings and agrifood. Since the fund’s inception in 2020, it has made 19 investments. It has recently completed first close of its £150m Fund II.

The investment team is on a mission to meet as many cleantech pioneers as it can, which is why we run the Clean Growth Fund Regional Roadshows and are coming to Scotland.

Venue – The University of Strathclyde is actively engaged with climate change through its “Sustainable Strathclyde” initiative, which includes a comprehensive Climate Change and Social Responsibility Plan.
