Invest in Creative: South East

UKBAA is delighted to again be partnering with Creative UK on a host of investor-focused events, designed to spotlight the incredible opportunities offered by creative businesses across the UK. This activity seeks to spotlight thriving creative hubs in a range of regions, through both hearing from the investors and experts that operate within these areas, as well as presenting a host of standout businesses with a connection to the regions.

The first event in the series will take place at Brighton Eagle Labs on 22nd February, spotlighting the investment opportunities across the South East’s creative industries. We are delighted to have Elaine Dowman, Head of Games & Creative Industries at Barclays host the panel part of the event. A range of leading Angel Investors (to be announced shortly) will take to the stage to discuss the trends for investors to look out for across the creative industries, as well as honing in on where exactly the opportunities for investors lie within the Games sector. We will also be presenting a host of exceptional creative businesses, some focused on gaming, others representing the diversity of businesses that exist across the creative space.
