Percept Imagery raises further investment to scale its immersive remote sales platform for eCommerce

Brighton-based, Percept Imagery, has secured a second round of investment for their immersive try-on remote sales platform. The platform, known as Sprie, enables a personalised shopping experience by blending real-world requirements with online engagement, through immersive AI technology.

Since their seed raise just last year, the company has already gained market share in their industry having won contracts with some of the biggest luxury eyewear brands in the world. Their virtual try-on technology has resulted in a 400% increase in engagement and a 38% increase in website traffic for their customers. Their expert team has rapidly grown in size too as they continue to develop the Sprie platform.

Riding on the momentum of growing revenue, the company plans to use the funds from this round to help them acquire more customers and expand the platform capabilities even further. With try-on-enabled video conferencing and in-store try-ons, that can be extended to a one-of-a-kind customer support experience for high-consideration products.


This round is being led by South East Angels who invested in Percept Imagery’s previous round. Launched in November 2020, South East Angels is a group of angel investors backing exciting innovation and early-stage startups with big potential.
