TBAT Innovation Ltd are proud to be partnering with Anchored In, an innovation consultancy specialising in pitching to investors and fundraising, to co-host an Investment Readiness Masterclass for UK entrepreneurs looking to scale-up their business in 2022 and beyond.
Presented by Anchored In’s Co-founder, Ian Tracey, on 28th April 2022, this full-day workshop is designed to help CEOs and business leaders to understand the investment landscape, what investors are looking for, and how to best present themselves and their business to attract investor interest.
Companies are naturally fixated on the destination – be it grant or investment funding – and Ian will explain that to get to the final stage, early steps must be taken to reach it.
These early steps are designed to give entrepreneurs the knowledge and principals they need to be able to seek and gain investment or funding with robust pitch decks and business plans.
From this workshop you will gain:
- An understanding the investment ecosystem
- Knowledge to think like an investor
- An understanding of the investment journey
- The types of pitches and how to pitch using tried and tested formats
- An understanding of the due diligence process
- An understanding of when to complete and what to include in your business plan
- The theory and importance of valuations
- An understanding of how your body language and presentation skills influence investor engagement
