Mattioli Woods plc to acquire Maven

Mattioli Woods plc has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire Maven it has been announced.

One of the UK’s leading providers of wealth management and financial planning services, Mattioli Woods has total assets under management, administration and advice in excess of £11 billion. It employs more than 600 people at eleven locations across the UK.

The proposed acquisition of Maven, which is subject to satisfaction of certain conditions, has has obtained regulatory approval and formal completion is expected to happen within weeks.
