Latest spinout funded by Cambridge Capital Group angels

Our most recent angel investment in syndication with the University and other investors:

Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD) is a spin-off from Cambridge University and was formed to exploit a revolutionary technology in power semiconductor devices. The technology based on Gallium-Nitride on Silicon substrates offers a radical step change in (i) energy efficiency and (ii) compactness and permits high volume production at very low unit cost.

With a significant investment CCG members backed a new team led by an experienced “dontrepreneur” who has founded and exited other high-tech start-ups supported by our investor group.
