Financial Client Services Assistant
London, WC2
The manager of the highly rated Draper Esprit EIS funds is expanding its team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-expanding business. The successful applicant will enjoy a client-facing role and may already be working in an EIS/VCT or an IFA environment. MS Office skills with a focus on Excel and Word are a key requirement with an ability to manage multiple demands. The full-time role will be based at our London headquarters. We are happy to consider flexible working hours.
Job role:
- To deliver an exceptional and efficient service to our investors and IFA advisors
- Perform administrative duties
- Respond to inbound enquiries regarding investor accounts/investments
- Respond to literature requests and common questions about the product
- Assisting the EIS team across a range of different activities and projects
- Working with our CRM system
Ideal candidate:
- MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics CRM skills
- Prior experience with EIS/VCT/IFA – desirable but not essential
- Organisational/administrational skills
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated, smart and resourceful
- ‘Can do’ attitude and enthusiastic
- Ability to prioritise workload with a strong attention to detail
- Available on short notice
Skills:
- Financial services background

- Strong Excel knowledge (Vlookup, Pivot tables useful)
- MS Word (mail merge useful)
