Conviction Investment Partners(CIP) is a syndicate of international angel investors that invests into early stage, SaaS based tech companies. We focus exclusively on post-revenue businesses that are disrupting their domestic markets and show the potential to grow into global enterprises with $100m revenue lines.
We differ by offering ‘Just in Time’ finance whereby we fund our portfolio companies with modest amounts annually. This model minimises equity dilution for the founders; enables our investors to gradually build up their investment positions; and creates secondary market opportunities in a highlyilliquid sector.
