Partial secondary exit for London Business Angels

LBA is delighted to announce that its EIS Roundtable Fund 2009 has made a partial secondary exit of its stake in ContactEngine. The company offers a platform that improves the key interactions between corporates and their customers, ensuring that crucial moments such as sales, deliveries and appointments are executed with precision and minimum effort. ContactEngine’s clients include large multinationals such as Whirlpool, Virgin Media and British Gas.
The fund first invested into ContactEngine in January 2011 and the share sale represents a positive undisclosed return for fund investors.
