Beer & Young raise £5m for specialist financial services firm

We are delightedto report that we have raised £5million for our client whooperatesin the financial services sector.

For reasons of confidentiality we unfortunately cannot disclose the exact nature of the business of this client. While we cannot provide our usual in-depth case study, we are pleased tohave raised this £5million as a loan facility to this successful group.

Having introduced our client to our investor, we acted in a corporate advisory capacity negotiating and constructing a set of terms that suited both parties. With a strong and growing demand for its product, we anticipate a second trance of £5million being invested later in the year.
