Startup Funding Club goes back to Home House for its February investor event

Startup Funding Club, the London-based seed investment fund and network of business angels named Lead Syndicate of the Year 2016 by UKBAA, has held its latest pitching and networking event at Mayfair’s Home House.
On Monday 13th February, the prestigious members club opened its doors to investors looking for new opportunities to support innovative UK-based startups. Following an introduction by SFC’s COO, Angelika Burawska, and the sponsors of the evening – Stackhouse Poland and SFC Bennett Brooks –, five high growth companies showcased their business models and potential to the crowd.
Startup Funding Club’s events provide not only great business opportunities, but are also popular as social and networking gatherings for investors. Presentations are typically followed by a drinks and canap√© reception, creating an atmosphere that easily enables startups and prospective investors to get to know each other and get into more detail about the businesses presented.
Startup Funding Club provides capital to promising British businesses – with a particular emphasis on SEIS funding –, acting as a facilitator for young businesses to receive funding from the company’s extensive network of angel investors, seed funds and other associated sources.
