ELITE Growth: a London Stock Exchange initiative

ELITE Growth is London Stock Exchange Group’s initiative helping ambitious high-growth companies to better prepare and structure for the next stages of growth and external investment. ELITE Growth facilitates long-term structured engagement between high growth companies, advisers, investors, business leaders, entrepreneurs, banks and academics – all forming a part of a vibrant ELITE ecosystem.

Over the past four years ELITE Growth has helped nearly 500 companies in the UK, Europe and Morocco to scale up, expand and secure financing. In 2017, ELITE Club Deal will be launching to further strengthen the ELITE offering; Club Deal is a private placement platform that streamlines the capital-raising process for ELITE companies. Using a web-based portal, ELITE Club Deal connects ELITE companies together with professional investors with a host of funding options, including shares, bonds and convertibles.

Being a CEO of a growth business is tough, with many challenges. ELITE offers the opportunity for companies and their leaders to become part of a vibrant community for many years to come. To join a company should typically have £5m+ in revenues, with an ambition to accelerate its growth and a need for further investment.
