Spotted in 2016

Toucan, along with The Culture Capital Exchange (TCCE), have launched the initiative, Spotted in 2016. This joint venture aims to identify creative talent across the TCCE network and Toucan will offer their support to the winner. We are accepting applications from the 27th September until the closing date on the 7th November. A shortlist will be announced on the 24th November and the winner will be announced in December.
