NewVoiceMedia secures $30m for international expansion

New Voice Media (NVM) have closed a $30m funding round with participation from BGF Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Eden Ventures, Highland Capital Partners Europe, Salesforce Ventures and Technology Crossover Ventures. The funding comes after 12 months of strong performance and brings the total raised by NVM to $141.3m. MMC first invested in 2012.
Founded 14 years ago, NVM have created a cloud technology solution for customer contact centers and turned over £14.8m last year. The company is growing rapidly both in the UK and abroad. This round of funding will be used to increase expansion efforts in the US, an enormous call centre market currently experiencing a shift from legacy systems to cloud solutions. The funding will drive further expansion of its US-based sales, marketing and professional services delivery teams, alongside its ongoing commitment to enriching its product and platform capabilities.The outsourced call centre business currently has over 500 clients including Siemens and TNT.
NVM’s offering integrates into the Salesforce customer relationship management system and thus Salesforce Ventures’ participation in the round represents a vital strategic partnership.
