Isle of Man launches new £50m Enterprise Development fund and seeks potential fund managers

The main aim of this exciting new fund is to support on-island businesses, at all stages of the cycle, in their expansion plans while creating a real return on the investments and we are keen to attract interest from Fund Managers across the UK with the right experience to bring to this new initiative ” confirms John Garland, Head of Corporate Financial Services in Isle of Man Economic development Department .

The Isle of Man Government Treasury is seeking to appoint by competitive tender, private investment managers for the management and investment (including lending) of funds on a discretionary basis with a total market value spread across all of the classes of up to £50million in locally based businesses.
