“The Judges selected Zoopla as an example of a business backed by a strong serial entrepreneur, having previously co-founded and successfully exited Lovefilm, Alex Chesterman has grown the business to be the second largest property web-site in the UK. Through its floatation on the London Stock Exchange it has brought strong results for both the individual highly experienced angels who backed the business through early seed stages alongside Corporate investors and private investors through Octopus VCT and EIS Funds.”
