Anvil Partners LLP advises La Salle Education on SEIS/EIS rounds raising a total of £550K

La Salle Education (La Salle), the education technology company, closed an EIS round for £400,000 on 3rd April 2014, having closed an SEIS round for £150,000 at the end of January 2014. Anvil Partners LLP were lead investors for the SEIS round and acted as La Salle’s advisors in the EIS round, increasing that round by 33% above target and closing it one month early.

La Salle’s technology, ‘Complete Mathematics’, is focused on supporting improvements in mathematics education. It uniquely integrates the provision of education materials with assessment tools to provide benchmarking and improvement data on both the teaching and learning processes.
