Ollie is an associate partner at RW Blears LLP and co-founder of Paxiot.

As a lawyer, he advises venture capital managers, family offices and high growth companies on a wide range of fundraisings, offers and transactions.

At Paxiot, he enables growth company clients to raise capital direct from their community or from angel syndicates via investment portals connected to their own website.

Ollie trained and worked at Allen & Overy LLP for five years in the private equity team followed by eighteen months at Bridgepoint as part of the in-house legal team.
