Shirin is a serial entrepreneur, currently  Co-Founder and CEO of Oxford Algorithms, an AI powered investment fund delivering over 15% annualised net return to its investors. She has a M.Eng in Electronics with several successful exits as CEO and Board member. She was the co-founder and CEO of location-aware network optimisation firm Arieso, NED at Skimlinks, Chairwoman at Opensignal and was also formerly an Operating Partner of Frog Capital, a VC fund that invests in software tech companies in Europe. Shirin has won a number of prestigious industry awards, including Blackberry’s Top Woman in Technology, Best Woman in Mobile, and European female entrepreneur of the year in 2013.  In 2019, she was also awarded her Fellowship at Royal Academy of Engineering in recognition of her contributions to technology and engineering.
