Shaz Sulaman, started his career in retail operations where he ended up as Sales Director at Phones4U, significantly contributing to its growth, growing from 70 to over 400 stores and achieving revenues of £1bn+. Beyond retail, he excelled in executive roles in consumer finance and operations in PE backed business leading turnaround/ scaleup plans. Shaz’s later founded Solid Bond, a North West-based pre-seed investor, where he has invested in over 20 startups, working closely with founders post investment.
