Katie Nagy de Nagybaczon is a partner at CMS and co-head of the Consumer Products Sector.
Katie advises on all aspects of corporate law, including UK and international mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and fundraisings. She has extensive experience advising entrepreneurs and corporates on early stage investment in the tech, media and consumer sectors.
Katie is an inspirational role model who is passionate about helping others, and in particular women, succeed. She runs CMS equIP’s #LeadHers campaign, which aims to change the growth ecosystem by encouraging and supporting female entrepreneurs and is an inclusion champion at CMS, sitting on a number of internal committees and helping to run the CMS women’s network.
