Daniel is a Partner in the Corporate team at leading independent law firm, Brabners LLP. He specialises in private equity and venture capital matters as well as merger and acquisition transactions. He handles corporate transactions and corporate finance issues such as mergers, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, reorganisations, company start-ups and shareholders’ agreements.

Daniel’s practice focuses particularly on advising on angel, venture capital and private equity investments into start-up and scale-up businesses, acting for both investors and founders.  

His sector focus includes assisting clients to complete investments into innovative businesses across a number of technology verticals, including EdTech, CleanTech, HealthTech, FinTech and LawTech businesses, as well as assisting clients to complete investment transactions across a variety of other sectors.

Recently, Daniel supported Bikmo on closing their Series A investment round (led by Puma Private Equity), Red Flag Alert on their Series A investment round (led by Foresight Group) and Mercia Ventures on their investment into FinLegal.
