Having co-founded and been the Managing Partner of Par Equity, Paul now oversees PXN Group’s strategic and operational direction, fund performance and governance. This follows Par’s merger with Praetura Ventures, which has led to £670m in total AUM, £290m in portfolio revenue and 115 portfolio companies.

Paul, a CIMA-qualified accountant, has over 30 years of experience in corporate management, M&A and investment. Paul’s career includes senior positions at Mars, BUPA and PwC, followed by a transition into active shareholder and venture roles. Paul is focused on building a platform that balances investor performance with strong operational foundations.
