In 2019 the Government amended the Climate Change Act to commit the UK to achieving net zero by 2050. Not only will this target help mitigate the impact of Climate Change but will support both our recovery from COVID-19 and the future growth of our economy.
With reports suggesting that reaching net zero will cost an estimated $1 trillion-$2 trillion a year of additional investments UKBAA’s next Future Forward event will explore where these opportunities lie how you can play your part in reaching the net zero target.
