Abbey Road Red Demo Day
Join Abbey Road Red on the 20th April 2017 from 4.30pm to celebrate the conclusion of their second incubator intake, and to mark the kick-off of round three of their music tech incubation program.
There will be plenty of networking opportunities throughout the evening and a chance to hear presentations from the three graduating companies, as well as meet the start-ups joining the program.
The three graduating companies are:
SCORED: Dynamic and adaptable music library & software application for film makers
THE AUDIO HUNT: Ratedpeople.com for music makers
QRATES: All in one, risk free solution for releasing music on vinyl
Launched in October 2015, Abbey Road Red is the open innovation department of the world famous studios, designed to support the endeavours of the brightest music tech entrepreneurs, researchers and developers. They run a unique music tech start-up incubation programme – the first of its kind in Europe – to support the most promising music tech start-ups, as well as collaborating with the brightest minds in academic research.
The evening will be hosted in the iconic Studio Two, a studio which has been at the heart of popular music since opening in 1931 and was famously home to historic recordings by The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Kate Bush and many more.
Timings for the event are:
16:30 – Doors
17:00 – Pitches
18:00 – Meet the companies
