Nick is an intellectual property specialist and partner working at Reddie & Grose LLP. I act for individual innovators and start-ups in the UK, as well as for large technology companies in Europe, Japan and the USA, writing, filing and prosecuting patent applications at the UK and European Patent Office, advising on pre-litigation advice, patent clearance and novelty searches, as well as handling portfolio due diligence and transfer matters. He regularly advises seed and venture stage start-ups with their IP strategies. Nick’s final year masters project was in Atmospheric Physics and Climate Change, and he is particularly passionate about innovations that relate to cleantech, sustainable energy and materials, low carbon food nature positive food production.
