Katie Nagy de Nagybaczon is a partner in the Corporate Team at CMS London and co-head of the Consumer Products Sector, advising on UK and international mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and fundraisings. Katie has extensive experience advising entrepreneurs and corporates in the consumer, technology and media sectors.

Katie is an inspirational role model who is passionate about helping others, and in particular women, succeed. Katie works closely with fast growth companies and their founders through equIP, CMS’s dedicated programme supporting tech start-ups. Katie co-leads CMS equIP’s #LeadHers campaign, which aims to change the growth ecosystem by encouraging and supporting female entrepreneurs.
