Claire ran Display and Digital advertising for Mindshare (WPP), was the MD for O2 Media, joined Facebook UK to build out their ad business and was then headhunted to build out Snapchat’s international business. She grew it from 0 to >$1bn in revenue. Claire co-founded Haylo Ventures, a deep-tech venture operator, which in turn has purchased Plessey Semiconductors, where she is now Chief Growth Officer. Claire sits on the board of NYSE listed Genius Sports and Series A Howbout and has done CEO / commercialisation advisory for a number of late stage consumer businesses.
