Our judges are looking for an exit that not only demonstrates a considerable uplift on the original investment but where the investors played a role in supporting the growth and success of the business, ultimately leading to the successful exit.
Nominations can be from angel investors, groups or funds and based on an exit on any basis, either through acquisition, IPO, management buy-out, or through a secondary market.
The exit should have included angel investment but can include a range of further finance sources received by the business.
