Key Criteria:

The female investor can be acting on her own or as part of a diverse syndicate.

Nominations are especially welcome where the investee is a woman, but this is not a core requirement. The business can be in any sector, but nominations for this award must demonstrate that the business is innovative, with high growth potential.

The Judges will also be seeking to identify the role and impact of the lead female investor who should be bringing not just finance but can be shown to bring significant added value to the investee business.
