Legal, Tax & Regulatory Committee
The committee forms the backbone of legal, tax and regulatory best practice for the early-stage investment ecosystem, providing impartial advice and guidance on all aspects relating to legal, tax and regulatory concerns from the UKBAA’s membership.
It supports the UKBAA in responding to key consultations on behalf of the membership and by creating resources that will help the community navigate the legal and regulatory landscape.
Committee members are full members of the UKBAA, considered an expert within their respective field and are highly regarded within the industry.
Angel Group Advisory Board
The Advisory Board guides and advises the UKBAA on how to best support Angel Groups across the country. Taking a leading role in supporting increased collaboration between Angel Groups, good practice awareness and support and representation for Groups with Key Stakeholders, leading on responses to policy documents and white papers. Committee members are full members of the UKBAA, considered as an expert within their respective field and are highly regarded within the industry.
